Just wanted to say what a EXCELLENT company Ranger pet doors are. The customer service is superb ! I emailed the company with some questions about replacement parts and they replied within several hours on a Sunday afternoon and followed up with a phone call on Monday. We. have had our XL pet door for seven years with absolutely NO Problems. You guys are great! The last pet door you will ever need to purchase, worth every penny. Thanks for everything.
