The BEST customer service

I love my doggy door but we all know that it dropping over $500 for one does hurt a bit. I am extremely impressed with it. I do have four big dogs so from time to time, when the energy is up, the door gets some abuse. I have had a few issues that I’ve had to contact customer support about. Every single time, they have been so extremely kind, prompt and funny! And they stand by their warranty very firmly. I have told numerous people about your company and will continue to do so.
