Ranger XL……couldn’t be happier.

M Lyman made a very thorough analysis of the damage and even though the dogs likely contributed to the damage, M is extending a warranty offer that is very reasonable. Our experience with the customer service side of Ranger by Freedom Pet Pass has been nothing but exceptional.

That said, the product in and of itself is an outstanding quality pet door. Our garage is temperature controlled for the dogs via a mini-split and the Ranger forms an excellent seal winter and summer. We had numerous pet doors at our previous home….barn, garage, detached garage, workshop and basement. None were as good as the Ranger. Thank you, M & Don!!
