Only sad that we didn’t find the RANGER door first.

Just wanted to let you know that I installed the Insulated dog door and it has made a world of difference. Our other door worked great (used a sensor on the dog collar to unlock the door) but it was almost like having a window open, especially noticeable when the cold weather appeared. We had installed it during the summer. Even with a heater on the opposite wall, about six feet away the area was still cold even when the door was closed. With the RANGER door installed it was like the wall was still insulated with 3 1/2 inches of fiberglass insulation. Only took the dogs a couple of days to adjust to the new door. The previous door had a clear flap and this one has a white flap. Only sad that we didn’t find the RANGER door first, but definitely glad we did find it. Thanks for making a great product!
