I live in a winter wind tunnel!

The Freedom Pet Pass door (RANGER Pet Doors) is the finest product if its kind that I have used. After 40 years of using pet doors, no other product has performed as effectively and reliably as this product. It does exactly what the company claims. It does not allow wind, snow, or rain to enter, even though I live in a winter wind tunnel in the country. The temperature of the room in which it is wall-installed remains the same as the temperature in the rest of the house. The door itself withstood the energetic pounding of 3 rowdy dogs for 8 years before the flap needed to be replaced. The cost of the replacement flap was reasonable, and they do not charge for small parts at all!

I have never experienced the superb quality of customer support that I received with installation and maintenance of the Freedom Pet Pass door (RANGER Pet Doors).
