Two weeks ago I contacted your company. I spoke to Chelsea. I take care of 26 semi feral “community cats” as part of my TNR efforts in my little village. After 10+ years of use by these 26 cats, the flap on my Freedom Pet Pass door was getting frayed in one corner. This pet door gives the cats access to a huge cattery in my heated basement. Several of the cats would “hook” the corner to pull it open rather than use their nose to push it open. I was looking to replace that flap. Chelsea knew exactly what kind of damage I was describing. She recommended I replace the existing flap for a clear vinyl flap – something the cats could not hook. The flap arrived in record time! I am a night person. At 9PM at night I sat down in front of this cat door armed to the teeth with tools and a headlamp expecting some 2-hour battle to replace this flap… These pet doors are so incredibly well made – I was able to change out that flap in 15 minutes flat! My cats LOVE being able to SEE who or what is on the other side of the flap BEFORE going through it! Plus, it lets in much needed natural light into that room in the basement. I like it so much, I ordered another replacement flap for the cat door going into my back bedroom. Bottom line – your products are THE best on the market. Your customer service is second to none! I am looking forward to another 20 years of “freedom” for my pets! Thank you!
