Amazing customer service

I live in Alaska and ordered a new flap because my husky ate the original one. I placed the order Friday morning at 1000 am and received it the next day, a Saturday, at 338 pm. The shipping was cheap, which is a big deal for us in Alaska, the customers service response for fixing my address was within minutes of me emailing them AND it didn’t interrupt the timeline of me getting my package. This may not seem like a big to lower 48’ers but I’m very impressed.
