Perfect door

I wanted a totally self sealing, long lasting, dependable door.. if it leaked air or rain it would be useless to me. It is worth every penny. I cut an opening in my wall, framed it, slid the door in and sealed around it.. and my cat goes thru this thing to his elevated catio 10 times a day. I get heavy wind and rain.. i have had no problems. It always seals. In 100 degree weather.. it doesnt sweat with my ac on super cold. No cold air in winter. 2 years.. no wear.
