Hi! I wanted to drop you a note about how great your door has been. I originally installed it in 2016. I have always had 2 large dogs who are in and out constantly. Through all seasons your flap system has been energy efficient. I just now noticed a few gaps in the magnets after 7 years!! Just ordered a replacement flap. Excellent product! Many Thanks!
