Love This Door

I love the door. We had to order the XL because we have 3 dogs that are between 90-100 lbs and reach to between 26-30″ at the shoulders. We also have a pot belly pig in the house. The dog doors we had the last two years did not hold up to the use and they did nothing to keep out the drafts and cold air.

I ordered the door in August but it did not get finished until November. I had my brother-in-law put the pet door in an oak door and make a frame to fit in our sliding glass door so the two legged ones can enter the fenced in yard from the house. So far this season we have had high winds and temps in the 20’s and you wouldn’t know it by the pass pet door. I find myself even turning down the furnace. I’m very happy I spent the extra money and got the “Shetland pony” door (as my family calls it). – Mary Broyles, Niles MI
