I would like to highly recommend the customer service and quality of the Ranger Pet Door. We have two homes, one of which is in Texas with a standard pet door that was not sealing well in both hot and cold weather. And our other home in Rhode Island did not have a pet door. So we were fortunate to buy the Ranger door for that location. It is outstanding.

The Ranger door has a wonderful sealing system and is definitely worth every penny you pay for it. It is easy to install, well constructed, and very high-quality. But in addition, the customer service is outstanding.

We have two dogs, one of which learned the door very very easily. The other was having trouble going through the door without assistance. After trying various techniques, we contacted Ranger pet doors and spoke to the CEO and founder directly. He was extraordinarily helpful. After a couple of consultations, we came up with a solution for a clear door that the dog could see through.

The Ranger team was extremely helpful. They sent us a new clear flap. It arrived safe and sound and in a timely fashion. The installation instructions were clear and after three or four days of revised training, the dog is now going through the door beautifully.

I cannot recommend the company and the personnel and the door itself more highly. They have a great product and provide excellent customer service.
