These are the best pet doors! The company is fantastic and the doors are too. We own 3 and I don’t regret purchasing any of them. We are in northern Minnesota and the doors have never frozen shut and provide excellent insulation for a pet door. We’ve never had a dog not go through it – from 15# up to 80+# using the large size. By the time you spend money replacing all the other pet doors out there, you could have purchased one of these and use it for a super long time. One thing to be aware of but it is not an issue if you train your pet properly when showing them how to use it, there is a small snapping noise when the door shuts. We have rescue dogs and none of them have ever been afraid of the noise. Thank you for making a great product!
